Select buses X246 PGT (8) broke down in sharshill and then pulled in the layby I later found out by the driver that it over heated but it weren't much time till Y705 TGH came and replaced the broken bus this was on route 67 Cannock to brinsford

arriva no.70 broken down this morning in bus stop opp shareshill. we were lucky that the 154 arrived, and credit where its due, our driver waited in the pouring rain for next bus. luckily the 154 turned shortly after and saved the day.

Other Diamond 82 from one I'm on has failed in Holyhead Road! Presumably awaiting someone from Redditch. Passenger said "At least the drivers smile unlike the miserable ones on the 900". To which another passenger replied National Express drivers aren't allowed to smile.

Apparently it's fine for the buses to be unreliable and cause a wait of over an hour as long as the driver smiles
