Yes, 1421 was on 39 today when I saw it passing my bus 1474 on 39 in Herberts Park, Darlaston.

That would explain why I didnt see it

I don't know what happened, but there seemed to be what looked like a small collision between 4685 and 1845 on Bull Street this afternoon. 4685 (at an angle to the kerb) in front of 1845, with an ambulance in attendance, and someone on 1845 been treated in their seat
