Why would they accept them on the X51? People would  e travelling to Birmingham or Cannock on a 31/32 day saver

I get the context, over crowded 31/32, but my point is still valid and probably one of the main reasons they don't accept. Yes its the job of the revenue team but they don't check every bus so they would still lose out.
