1842 a high backed omnilink? If so there's nothing to complain about.  :)

No its not. The interior 1837 - 1843 is the same as the interior on the Bordesley Omnilinks.

Does it really matter it's a Walsall bus on a Walsall route picking up customers

@Tony  WA should have enough Platinums though or standard deckers like ALX.PLAXTON E400? since deckers are on the 69, the ENG could have took one of that.

You have no idea how a garage works have you?
You don't put a platinum on the 10 so you haven't got one for the evening peak board on the platinum routes
You cannot just magic a decker off the 69 to put it on the 10, you need to get whatever bus is available out as quickly as possible to replace a defective bus to lose as little mileage s possible, not prat around going out of garage with a single deck chasing a 69, taking the passengers off that bus, just to then charge over to Brownhills or where ever you need to put a bus into service on the 10

Tomf1993

Then, who ever the people on the AM run out, need to insure they do the allocation properly, single deckers on single deck routes and dds on dd routes. very simple really.

They do, Tell me one incorrect allocation at Walsall this morning?

Tomf1993

I cant answer that as I am not up at 8am in the morning to observe the  services, I saw deckers on the 69 this afternoon, and that route is down as Volvo B7 like the 29 is.

WA did have enough Platinum's originally,  but Diamond withdrew their 56 & NXWM provided a replacement 937 service whilst retaining the previous 936 as a peak only service, thus increasing total Pvr since they entered service

Im hazarding a guess that a platinum decker isnt gonna be alllocated to that specific board because it works the 10/A and X56 which are non platinum the other thing is if a driver radios through to traffic office the instant thing the staff would do is locate the nearest bus in garage and send it out to continue service as per @Tony said

@Tomf1993 since the 69 was single decker it mainly gets Plaxtons with the slight chance of a single deck again you cant go and get a singles off the 29 and put doubles on else you will be moaning about that

The 69 is an either route deliberately to allow for variations in the number of Single/double deck vehicles available. Every garage has one
AG - 1
BC - 29
PB - 52
WN - 11/32/33
YW - 6
WB - 45

29 hardly gets deckers now days, 69 is always priority it seems, @Tony  what are the chances of ZF ALXs to WA any time soon?

And Tomf was talking WA 29 & 69 before Tony posted the list of which routes are allocated both singles & doubles as required
