The other day tried to catch a nx bus 40 from Friar Park to west bromwich driver refused myself entry and then kicked passengers of bus due to ticket machine not printing tickets.  Then proceeded back to garage in West Bromwich.   

Surely it would be easier to run to west brom with passengers then kicking people of a bus.

i agree thats what a walsall driver did took them back to walsall then went back to the garage

If a driver reports a fault whilst in service they have to then follow the instruction given by control. Doubt this would have been the driver's decision, however frustrating!

Diamond drivers are instructed to carry pax without charge in the event of TM failure until a replacement machine is sent out to them. It seems unfair to refuse travel for a TMD.
