If i remember right the 580  tender was due for  renewal  and  for some reason it was put  up again  and diamond
got it  again .  as the route runs in Worcestershire and Stafordshire   do no know which council  subsidies it or if
they both  do  . or who  tenders the route  .  not 100% sure
