the omnilinks got ages, there are still plenty of B7TLs n Tridents and they dont seem to have a replacement single deck vehicle. for example the WA4 PBX64 YW27 all rely on single decks so unless they find electrics they aint going anywhere.

i wouldnt be suprised if the 4900s have the abillity for NSAs but never got them

They clearly have ages when the youngest are 15 and the eldest are approaching 18, and considering they are being withdrawn at a slow pace that's not changing anything. 'Plenty' of Tridents that seem to be dying week by week...
They will find a replacement either way, whether it's by cascaded B7's or a new electric single...

and some B7TLs are 22! i definetly wont be seeing B7TLs on the 4 or 27..  which is why i thought my question was valid enough to post

they might have the NSA files for the 4 at Walsall, they could possibly tweak the voice.

Any bus has the 'ability' - it just needs to have the relevant equipment installed.

Well not exactly, when I was on 870 a couple of weeks ago it had completely brand new equipment fitted, no visual announcements were displayed on its existing CCTV screen only on the new ones.

Yes im ignoring thd 15 plate buses because if you knew plates
64 plate buses can be made in 2014 AND 2015
15 plate buses can be made in 2015

Unfortunate to hear B7RLEs will be on the 4, the scanias were fun buses! however they have poor legroom
