E20D 2149 was seen on the rather secretive route 780 at teatime today.
Unlike when the E20Ds were on the route 6 it had a fully working electronic destination display rather than a board behind the windscreen.

Didn't realize we'd got any here at the moment, I'll have to look out for it...

There was a Merc on the 116 at about 10 past 5 in Birmingham this evening, this is becoming quite common though...

correct , 2140-2150 are allocated to Tamworth but operated from west bromwich outstation . Tony

I think he meant 2613. It's always had a dodgy gearbox, I'm surprised they didn't take the opportunity to get rid.

It's not likely to be 2613, which has been constantly on its special route 6 - just featured in the local paper. 2620 has also been working in Tamworth regularly. I haven't seen 2631 lately. It was one of 2 which came to Tamworth from Telford. 2630 has been back some considerable time. I don't think 2631 ever went back so 2613-6, 2620 and presumably 2631 are currently around the area and Tamworth only need 3 for routes 2, 6 and 780 (and possibly a spare?).

The list seems about right. Has 2620 arrived at Stafford? I last saw it working from Tamworth on the 7th. I haven't seen 2631 for ages myself. Things seem to be settling down in Tamworth as this afternoon 2613 was on its 6, 2614 was on the 2 and 2615 was on the 780.

Apparently there staffords to stay, can't remember wich post but some 1 commented saying the stafford fleet will be b6's, the 4 V/KDA darts and the 3 Y/YBC darts, 2347 has already transfered to Cannock, it was working Pye Greens with 2351

2619 V219KDA is now at Stafford. Saw it when i finished my shift. 2620 is not at Stafford yet.
