Bus Lanes in Birmingham

The Mayor is delighted to be able to take full credit for the expansion of bus lanes on the 50 82 87 for funding actually obtained by Birmingham City Council. A puff of white smoke will be seem emerging from The Mayoral Palace at 16 Summer Lane when Saint Pete makes the TfWM Official Announcement later in the month. I understand The Mayor will also be anointing further Cardinals in due course to implement the decree.

regarding Bus Measures.  Upper Dean Street to become Bus, taxi and cycle only in March, April. Just awaiting final designs now.

I'm just being selfish and thinking of the increasing diversion I'll have to take to carry out my collections and, if the time restriction comes into place, the full route change I'll need to do to accommodate it.
