Each Year buses are nominated for refurbishment in the following year. Total number being dependant on money available. The YW & BC ones need doing under the SQPS agreement so were authorised last year. No more Tridents or Geminis will be authorised as the life left doesn't warrant the spend.

Buses that are an embarrassment will still be given a repaint, but not a refurb

I can see 4637 going Crimson. Especially with a Crimson highlight of it on 4475-4698 page

4637 was only repainted in 2015. It wasn't it a shoddy state. It was actually quite clean. Plus as Jack has just said, it's got a Crimson highlight on the fleet number on the fleet list. Maybe 4502/4637/4651/4658 were already authorised on this list and they just haven't got round to doing them.

Most of the 46** that got repainted into red/white hadn't even been done a year since they got Crimsoned. The only 3 that I know weren't done during 2014/15 into red/white and got redone in Crimson were 4524/4644/4653 which were previously repainted into red/white in 2012. A few 45** and 46** had the connection bars when they got repainted/refurbed.

Maybe 4502/4637/4651/4658 were already authorised on this list and they just haven't got round to doing them.

Wasn't it because they wanted to keep the Crimson Gems off the 11? This was before the ALX400 B7TLs were at AG. I'm pretty that's why they left them in red/white.
