It's in standard two tone livery.

I don't know how long ago 4507 was done. But the repaint job on it looks impeccable

Can i ask why ( I might be missing somthing) is 4676 and 4840 not repainted into the 2 tone red and 2 blue respectively

4840 isn't 2 tone blue because people in Coventry think 2 tone blue Buses mean they have wifi fitted. Not sure why 4676 hasn't been repainted in Crimson. @Jon

It says a page back in this thread that 4676 was repainted due to accident damage in red and white.

Yes I know that it had an accident. I just don't get why it was redone in red/white and not Crimson.

Because it's only had a repaint as per the ALX400's. It doesn't have Crimson interior.

Nothing below 4718 is now been Crimson'd other than the batches which Tony confirmed not so long ago, as they were approved last year for refurb.

Makes sense now. It doesn't have a trap fitted either so 4676's time won't be as long as the the 'trapped' Buses.

Not necessarily, having traps fitted doesn't equal Crimson upgrade. Some B7TL/ALX400's have had traps fitted, yet are not worthy of Crimson refurb's due to their remaining service life left.

If they're fitted with the relevant traps they COULD get crimson.
