Oddities, defects, faults - things wrong with NX vehicles (Reports Only/No Comments)

One of the old YW mk11 metros had a partition that could be put into place to block off the stairs so that the upper deck could not be used by any passengers. 27xx vehicle. Not sure why.

There were quite a few of them. I think they were for the 6. The upstairs would be closed off on late night services.

Which kept it until withdrawal.
2636 was another

All Yardley Wood's 28xx had it. But no 27xx did.

It was to reduce vandalism on late night boards

4200 doesn't have a fare chart downstairs.

4192 doesn't have a drivers side fleet number and the S on the NXWM logo is missing on drivers off side
4193'doesnt have a NXWM fleet name on its front grille

4387 has got a weird fleet no on the back as it is in white with black box surrounding and has part of its logo missing in the back

They cannot possibly have it as it was only applied to Single decks and 4818 & 4819 have only just be branded up from blank with new 7 branding

He must mean the price sticker on the nearside window behind the door. I took a look at the pic of 4818 I took today and it indeed does have the old prices

4347 has its desti display slightly messed up on the front as it was displaying
Stourbridge 246
Via Russell's ly Hill
So it was displaying two things at once

Also 3301 is one because there is only one of it
It has duct tape to hold the plastic on to the cctv screen on the lower deck

6110 has part of its branding missing
Same with I think is either 2210/2

That is just the cover over the monitor that has not been removed yet, the same as you get then you buy a new PC monitor. (At least it was last Saturday when I went on it)

There is only one Volvo B7L in service with NX as well - 7067 (1481) - when new 4697 and 4698 were the same and 1908 (E300)
There are other Steerdecks in service with other operators aswell
