Why is the 5 got to be e200 mmc &this will mean may see deckers on 72 as 37 already has some deckers on it

The bridge in Robin Hood Lane now has a 14'3" sign in a red circle meaning It's illegal to drive Geminis under there. It was in a triangle and they are only advisory
