Seems similar to last year except a couple of things:

Saturday Service (Like last year) on Christmas Eve but, Some services reduced between 14:00-19:00

New Years Day seems the same as Boxing Day (i.e Only main corridors operating after 19:00) as opposed to full Sunday service on all routes.

Wasn't New Year's Day just a normal Sunday service before?

Monday 28th intrigues me, as I don't know if I'm supposed to be working that day yet.

(Normally I would have been back on the 27th.)

yes
Thanks. So a slightly reduced service this year then. Clearly the demand just isn't there in the evening.

Half arsed reporting from a half arsed paper

Maybe National Express are going to use buses to cater for the extra demand.  ;) ;)
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

Don't know whats happened to the previous thread on this subject.(Someone been culling again for no apparant reason?) but Nx's website has started putting up the special arrangements over Xmas.

From  a personal point of view, they've put 2 of the 3 am journeys from Cannock on the X51 (bearing in mind this is the Saturday service!) but no return journeys to Cannock at pm!

Isn't anyone from Cannock working in Birmingham over Xmas? (@Bob ?)

I tweeted nx earlier and the late merry hill services for the midnight closing days 18/21/22/23 December will have the extra 00.20ish journey like last year for certain services

Looks like the 4H is changing route too...

"Extra journey from West Bromwich to Halesowen - 0653 and from Halloween to Walsall - 0733."

Anyone else been to Halloween before? Lol.

I've already created a thread about this.

Dunno where it disappeared to then!

@Westy the thread you're missing may have gone as the person that started it left the forum & deleted their account taking the threads they started with them, Winston

At least both threads are merged now.
