Lichfield City services have been operated commercially for a long time, no contract involved.  I believe Solus are operating 'on hire' to Diamond until the registration change.

Don't think so, using existing vehicles from when the 780 and 823 contracts were withdrawn.  Saw two 12-plate Enviros (think they are both 12-plate) on there yesterday which I believe I have seen in Tamworth previously, certainly in full livery.
