Farewell Day for B6; B10L; Spectra & mercedes

Farewell day for the endangered species. 3rd October 2015

Senior management have just confirmed that an enthusiasts' day can be held in Walsall to say farewell to the four types of bus being withdrawn.

This will be a similar event to the final Walsall Metrobus day, but the route used during the day will be the 301 which will see vehicles of all four types (B6, B10, Mercedes O405 and Spectra) used throughout the day. It may be possible to also do a final run into Birmingham as well on the X51 in the afternoon the same as we did with the Metrobuses. This has not yet been confirmed though

glad something has been arranged, but will be weird seeing spectras and o405n's on 301. bet there will be some last min type training to do, or will these run as duplicates

Will the merc be a "Coventry blue" one or a "wm red" one? Certainly would be interesting to see a Coventry one on there :-)

There will be at least two different Mercs during the day, I may try and get a Coventry blue one
