I think the livery is smart and these tatty Tridents have scrubbed up well.

In relation to their inclusion in the training fleet. I think this is a good idea. I've often wondered why drivers used to be trained on Metrobuses. I would imagine it takes some getting used to going from a Metrobus to something like a E400MMC.

It will probably get crashed anyway. As for attracting recruits I doubt many people who have other job opportunities would see a new repainted training bus and think oh yes I want to drive for nx

Please enlighten us as to why you think it will probably be crashed

As for attracting people yes it does. It's called advertising. It's what every company does when it needs new employees

4131 looks brill in the double deck training fleet livery. just needs the NX transfers to make her complete. As Busfan94 has said 4520, 4697 & any other Double decker or even single decker will look good in this modified livery for the training fleet.

Yes it is @dingding

I fully agree. It looks fantastic.
Don't judge me until you've walked in my size ten shoes.

Will this conversion entail them losing their stair cases ? A larger cab is a given in my opinion.

I don't think so? Think Tony has previously confirmed somewhere that the staircases would be staying in these ones.

Looks good.  I suppose these will replace the Metrobuses?  Where will they go?

Just re-done my website.  Check it out to see all my photos.  Updated almost every day!

Westy

Wouldn't the Metrobuses be withdrawn, as there's none in the service fleet, plus they would be the oldest vehicles anyway?
