Question: Hockley Industrial Estate & Arriva PLC

I live close enough on the 101 route, in and around the Hockley area, and I've noticed on Pitsford Street the big Industrial Estate, where they keep a lot of BT Openreach service vehicles(?) - anyway, I walked past it once, and I noticed on the sign, one of the 'areas' was labelled 'Arriva PLC', and was just wondering, if it had anything to do with the operator, and if so, what is it/what do they specialise in?

ARRIVA Plc did use to deal in lease cars and other vehicles not sure if it's the case today,  it could be a vehicle refurbishment site, back in the day they had a couple of sites in  Smethwick, those are now closed, I,m thinking ARRIVA moved here then.
