From the timetable it says every 15 minutues during the early hourse cant see that happening

I think that the 82/87 should be made into a 24hr service, and that the 82 would be more likely because it's a quick route.

A lot of passengers tell me they are annoyed that it only goes to Selly Oak.

Yes that would be easy, but passengers from Longbridge, Rubery and Frankley would still miss out.
