Whilst not the most attractive design, it's certainly not the worst! The interior seems nice, with high-backed seats and plenty of handrails near the doors, perfect for when the bus is at standing capacity. However, i'm a bit skeptical about the EYMS livery. It's certainly traditional, but in my opinion, it doesn't do the bus any favours.  :P

The Optare Rapta was one nice looking bus, shame it didn't get built

Instead we're left with the metrodecker. ::)

The interior looks nice, and the outside design is quite good, especially when compared to the Wright Streetdeck design. As for the EYMS livery, that is something that in my opinion has not looked good for a great number of years. To me it appears to be from a bygone era.

Very true, basic yet futuristic looking. I liked that design highly.

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

And, is it just me, or does the sides remind you of the HK Style Enviro 400? ???
