No they are not...
Roll blinds /roll bands are a paper like material to which has the destinations printed on them. They are rolled to display the desired destination. Some roll bands can be very long in length as they have such large amounts of destinations on them for each service.

The top picture shows perfectly what a roller blinds is as the driver has scrolled it to say Wednesfeild instead of Willenhall not seen on Dot Matric or LEDS the bus behind has LED that say 34 Then to Stownlawn
The roller blinds version is this
http://www.wmbusphotos.com/NXWM/1317-1514/1419.html
Picture dated 15th February 2014 on LED or Dot Matric it would say 7 Walton Road Via Aldridge for the Roller blinds it says 7 Aldridge Then to Walton Road LED or Dot Matrix for 34 would be 34 Stownlawn via Bilston
Roller blind say 34 Bilston then to Stownlawn

No.
http://wmbusphotos.com/NXWM/1317-1514/1442.html - that is what roller blinds look like.

- on a bus with roller blinds the driver has to manually change the displays.

What rubbish are you now on about? All the photos on 1419's page are roller blinds. It's easy to to tell the difference between roller blinds and dot matrix displays. @BusFan94

If you had the posts above mine rather than commented then you'll understand I was explaining as 1419 says 7 Aldridge then to Walton Lane and saying the 34 To Bilston then to Stownlawn so as per usual you comment before reading I know the difference you know the difference but YN64OAG doesn't
