Once 4817 has been repainted, will they keep/apply/reapply Edward's name? Seeing as the local papers had stated that it will remain on thr bus for it's 'lifetime'

Yes NXWM have stated it will stay with it for the life of the bus, so it will! It won't have it on initially when it returns from repaint because it will be the first Crimson bus to have a 'new style name-plate'

Thanks. It'll be interesting to see the outcome, if it's to be like 4781's name (Brian Robinson), in the bubble I mean, that might look good. Though, of course, it must be in the new company font, I assume also.

Been told by a source at NXWM that 1871 has been painted into Crimson. Is this true or am I being lied to?

Why hasn't Coventry ' s repainted envrio's entered service yet  as I've not seen a report of them as PB & WB both put the new liveried ones out after a day or 2
