The details are now on the NX website:
http://nxbus.co.uk/west-midlands/information/christmas-and-new-year-service-arrangements-2014-10-17?utm_source=homebanner&utm_campaign=christmas-and-new-year-service-arrangements-2014-10-17&utm_medium=image

Appears to be the same as last year

Will it be the same services operating on Boxing day evening as last year?

That's actually been up on the NX website for a few weeks. Since 17th October to be precise ;)
I'm sure this time last year the similar page had been updated with Boxing Day service information by now though.

Will be interesting to see if there is an improvement on last year compared to the improvement on the year before.

My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

Ah ok Cheers Stu :) Haven't visited the NX website for some time

Stuharris 6360

The big question is were the post 18:00 boxing day services last year well patronised?
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

Any idea when other operators like Arriva are gonna publish stuff? And when timetables become available especially for going to work on 29th etc

Here is the Boxing Day list:

Looking through the Wolverhampton timetables, it is pretty much the same as last year

Except there is an extra trip from Wolverhampton at 07:55 on the 255

And Wolverhamptons late night buses are the 1,2,59,79,126 and 529

There also appears to be Boxing Day services operated by NXWM on the 71 & 654A services. These are normally operated by Diamond on Sundays.

Good to see the 48 is running all day Boxing Day, and rightfully so

Do we know which garages are operating certain routes on Boxing Day? For example West Brom usually operates the Pensnett routes......

All garages were open last year so i suppose it will be the same this year.

Also i wonder whether a standard Sunday allocation will apply across the board this year as last year you had Mercs running on the 243/4 instead of B7's. I'd imagine WB 42/3 will be allocated E200's as per the Sunday allocation as apposed to the Presidents operated last year.

Also i wonder whether WA4 will have double deckers as per last year?

Do any NXWM buses get internal Christmas decorations? Some operations around the country allow one or two buses from a garage to be festooned with school children's christmas paintings and tinsel etc.
