Good News ! Following passenger feedback, we have decided to reinstate our 28 service previously earmarked for withdrawal from 9th June. We will be extending our operating period throughout the afternoon aswell as introducing a Saturday service

The Trident has been acquired for school work only, although it may cover local bus work on rare occasions

that was predictable, the proper question is "is it to replace one of the Volvos?" much rather one of those than an ex battered stagecoach trident!

RML2411 will be in service again next week, operating the 92 between Lichfield and Sutton Coldfield on Tuesday 28th May and Wednesday 29th May. The service is free of charge to all users before it officially starts on Thursday 30th.

What a great idea to attract people to the route. even non bus users I would imagine would notice a routemaster rolling around there streets and get them asking what its doing!

When I rode from Burton to Lichfield a couple of weeks ago on a Midland Classic Scania there was a poster saying they would extend the route from Lichfield to Sutton every hour from this weekend. Are there now three operators from Sutton to Lichfield?

Yes there is. Arriva 112, X12 and 92. I don't know if either the X12 or 92 are a different route from each other or the 112.

A 12-plate Enviro200 replaced a broken-down Dart on the 007 in Halesowen today. Strange seeing a Central Buses E200 in Halesowen

Finally caught a glimpse of the Central Buses Trident parked on Dyas Road this morning, still in London livery.

I don't think it was on the 28E as it was parked there for at least 15 minutes, the deckers are not used on there anymore

This trident does seem to make a common appearance on the 28E along with the darts not sure how much but seen it a couple of times on the service in the last couple of weeks.
