To allay some of the concerns, service 101 is up for standard re-tender along with all of the other "ex-GHA" work. It is standard practice to enter a cancellation for the service ahead of this process.

Services 101 and 125 do not inter-work, they are crewed entirely separately.

Don't forget service 101 was only added as recently as July last year, so this does not necessarily bring the viability of an established outstation into question.

To be honest, it was the mis-spelling of 'Sainsburys' that I noticed first :D

From 23/04/17 Central Buses 61 will be a commercial service. This service will be curtailed to operate between Perry Barr and Handsworth, Booth Street operating to a revised timetable. The section of route between Booth Street, Cape Hill and Bearwood will no longer be served. The frequency will be reduced to hourly.
