No, 4981 will be a 64 plate and can't hit the road until 1st Sept (earliest). It may not even be built yet.

From the above photos, it looks like 4990 has a blue roof compared to the normal white one as seen on 4989

Don't think so, it has a fleetnumber of 2067 or *2067 above the drivers window.

13 branded 4990 has entered service on service 10.
The branding is black with light blue up to every 10 minutes in upstairs windscreen.
Sadly the destination only shows Travel West Midlands followed by twin peaks. There is a piece of paper with 10 written on it in the windscreen!
