when is BC getting their new E400s on delivery?

Tony has already confirmed which E400's are due, and has also confirmed that 4940 (one of BC's) made it back from Glasgow to Walsall paintshop this Monday before he did.

And 4942 has literally just gone past me at Scott Arms going towards Birmingham so i presume it came from Walsall?


EDIT: I can just see it in the distance travelling down the Walsall Rd whilst aboard 4768 on the X51

Did someone suggest that the 10 BC E400's were intended for the 24 service?... Colmore row I believe?.. or are they all on solihull/ coventy duties? :-\    PS Are these veh's likely to gain names like the last lot?

Couldn't of worded it better myself. Except they were intentionally for the 24 precisely. As in, to make it 100% E400. So if 4906 was on the 24 then maybe 4949 could be on the 957. Wither way, it's forces the correct allocation.

It just means you will probably won't see as many Tridents on the 24 now
