Oh, so it later emerged there was some 'mass brawl' on the bus.

Ah Northfield, now that doesn't surprise me. Wasn't too long ago I went through on the way home and there was police in attendance for something going on a 18.

brake failure + accelerator jammed probably the most terrifying combo that could happen to you while driving, especially with a double decker bus.

Many people, myself among them, initially suspected it was a medical issue with the driver.
