Just asking do you have to pay for a new photocard if you've lost your other one?

For direct debit NX tickets, replacement photocards cost £6:

What if I lose my ticket or it is stolen?

You can contact the Direct Debit Team on 0121 254 6322 and order a replacement ticket and / or photocard. A replacement fee of £6 for each section will be required for payment by credit / debit card.

I don't know whether an agent (local store or Travelshop) will charge you for a new photocard.

It got soaked on Tuesday so got to get a new one from the store in walsall
