The livery and the route would be the two obvious ones

vinh1000

Different Colour, newer reg (only by a few months) from Arriva, nx has disabled sticker where arriva has elderly & disabled, Bus wise exactly same isn't it?
Blinds look very similar fonting too

Ones Arriva,Ones NX?  Stating the obvious ;)

Stu

Apart from the obvious, the NX example appears to have an extra 'pod' on the roof?
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

Arriva Scania, TWM Scania, NXWM Gemini and a NXWM Trident sneaking in the picture! 3 different liveries in one picture, lovely. :) TWM Scania has the fleet number on the silver bit where the Scania badge would have been on.

Arriva appear to have their factory fitted n/s mirror arm in place

Lukeee

Also the NXWM Omnilink hasn't got a N Bus sticker, and the Arriva example dosent have what appears to be a camera on the front of the dash board (bellow the steering wheel).

Bob

The NX one is in service and the Arriva one has broken down?  LOL

And yet neither have the standard Scania issue N/S mirror and housing.

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

Is it ones a omnilink and ones a Omnicity?

All opinions and onions mentioned on here are mine and not those of any employer, current, past, present or future, or presented as fact, unless I prove it otherwise.

Here is another one!
Same two operators as the first, but very similar looking bodies side by side

If you want us to identify the differences:

Ones NXWM the other Is Arriva
One is on a Trident chassis with ALX400 bodywork the others on a DAF DB250 chassis with ALX400 bodywork

And another one:

One is entering Wolverhampton (The bus station) and ones about to leave the City Centre

Some obvious things that are similar:
Both have ALX400 bodywork

And one thats a bit more obscure:
Both have Voith Gearboxes!
