When mid staffs is dissolved most people from cannock will be going to new cross hospital for appts as theyre takingover ccannock hospital.  So maybe the 68 will gain in importance

This is why the bus industry is screwed. The minute an operator comes along with an innovative and quality idea, the status quo can too easily flex their muscles and run loss leaders to get rid of them. They will start undercutting on fares and dispose of the competition then reduce the service and increase the fares again once the competition is eradicated.  Only large corporate players can afford to do this and as long as that is the case nothing will ever progress.

The Stafford services are deregistered because they are all tendered services and the next round of tendering has not been announced yet so Arriva need to deregister them in case they do not win them again as the change date is coming up to the 56 day deadline. If Arriva do win the renewed tender, which is still a strong possibility they will be reregistered under short notice registrations
