Those rare occasions when Hybrids get on those all day boards tends to gain a change bus later in the day when peak Tridents are RTG.

One thing Daimler Mercedes Benz are good at is producing excellent Diesel engines, I do miss the sound of the 0405n for all its faults you couldn't knock that 12 litre engine.

It's just gone up War Lane in Harborne heading back to garage Not in Service having just finished working the 22/23.

Liberator9

Shocked to see 1818 at Solihull Station this morning! Is this just a loan as YW seem short of buses still or permanent to replace a Liberator?

trident4370

I would assume temporary, so far this year 1834, 7026 and a BC trident have all stepped in at YW.

Stu

I can't remember the number of it now, but last week in the morning on the way to work, I passed an 18xx Omnilink, being driven by an engineer (orange hi-vis), down the Stratford Road through Sparkbrook, that might have been a 'loaner' en-route to YW... sure it was a toothpaste too.
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

Cheers Bob, I couldn't remember the exact numbers for [obvious] reasons.

So technically speaking YW has had 41's, 42's [4218 :P], 43's, 44's, 46's? At one point or another. Loan or otherwise.
