That may well be the case, possibly means one of the 126-branded Tridents survives a little longer

Do hope no action is taken against the driver, that corner is just a reciepe for disaster, its tight enough in a car, let alone a bus and add obstacles like scaffolding and then an accident happens

It could have been the scaffold company fault if they didn't put markers on the ends of the scaffold projecting in to the road, or cone of the edge of the road to force traffic to move further away from the kerb

I have to say I'm not familiar with the area, but on the pictures on the E&S website the bus does seem a distance from the kerb, and there doesn't appear to be anything in the pictures suggesting 'roadworks' as such.

Just seen it on Central News, think they had moved the bus as it was no where near the scaffolding.
