Both - there were loads of posters and there isn't a single one left now. Even the ones about Diamond ticket offers have gone.

did notice as well the electronic time table board  maybe they are starting to get ready, yesterday though corporation st was down to one way  with the land to new road was closed , so may have something to with that if it is still there today? there have been three started dates first the 4th then  5th . current one the  6th

Yes the roadworks are electricity so maybe its unplanned emergency work (they are working there today) and it means the exchange st closure has been put back.

By the looks of it they have enough there to be compliant. Tomorrow is Saturday service with a lower PVR so they have the weekend to sort things out.

Not so much that, but non DDA buses can be used in service for a maximum of 14 days in a year. This part is geared at preserved vehicles used at say, BaMMOT, where fares for a journey on a vehicle are often charged. The regulations do effectively act as a period of grace, as the 14 days' use of a non DDA vehicle can be all at once, leading to the effective 14/1 deadline. That's how I understood it anyway.
