Not so much that, but non DDA buses can be used in service for a maximum of 14 days in a year. This part is geared at preserved vehicles used at say, BaMMOT, where fares for a journey on a vehicle are often charged. The regulations do effectively act as a period of grace, as the 14 days' use of a non DDA vehicle can be all at once, leading to the effective 14/1 deadline. That's how I understood it anyway.

And if I'm not wrong that's 14 days per registered service, so potentially quite an opportunity to sort things out.

Thanks Cedric, looks like the buses will run as I suggested previously. As an aside, the Vicar St/High St works were meant to be complete by August and are only just being finished so Exchange St may be closed for longer than planned!

30516 is not withdrawn  in service on the  10  seen pass my window about 3 or 4 times
also a streetlite has been on the 10 could not id it

The changes listed here  the amendments  to routes are I think  are to with roads been closed due to town centre improvments .  two of there roads are the main way out  of the town for the buses, the town  hall stops  are now out use  and oxford street stops are out of use as well (or supposed to be) . as the bit of the street can be reached from new road and prospect hill and that bit is not closed

I been told it's on loan from Redditch to get Kiddy over the period between the non DDA buses going and the 8 new Streetlites arriving at Redditch.

Today -

Exchange St still open but all bus stops taken out of use and all buses starting from bus station.

From there, some buses are going down exchange st but not stopping, others are going down Corporation St then New Rd, seems to depend on the driver.

All buses are serving Oxford St stops today.
