VERY Late running services

WN 15s are being delayed in the Himley by up to 20 minutes. This is due to temporary signals and the closure of the Himley bypass with traffic being diverted via School Road (the old B4176). Work is expected to continue until late September. This is on top of the long-term delays in Brierley Hill.

That's because it is stuck at a road closure after an RTC (not involving the bus)

Yes around the corner from me I found out not long after posting Stafford Road I did wonder why I heard an Ambulance go past.

I don't know how other City Centre services are faring but X21/X22 have been very late this evening and last. Seem even worse today. A few short workings going on now.

Maybe not fully relatable to this topic but does anyone from WN garage know why there are currently so many cancelled services? Is it down to breakdowns or lack of drivers?

Had multiple cancelled and late buses on the 32/33 route over the last couple of weeks. Had a few cancellations on the 6 aswell. Just suddenly seems to be the last couple of weeks....

There's no driver shortage or extra breakdowns at WN at the moment, and their lost mileage is really low for engineering reasons (a fraction of 1%). The only reason buses are not turning up is if they are delayed in traffic.

There has been a couple of cancellations this morning on the 32/33 route as an example. Every time I go to track my bus on bustimes.org to/from work there always seems to be an 59, 79, 8, X8 or 529 bus returned to the depot. No.6 route has had some cancellations too. What would be the reason for these?

No vehicle hit tram, not the other way around, and so hard it pushed it off the rails.

Oh hope everyone is OK, my mate text me to say it is still bad around Wolverhampton now so I assume it will take a while to get the Tram lifted and fix any damage.

Bilston Street Now Reopen Traffic has decreased, still a closure from Snow Hill to Bilston Street on the Ring Road but Buses should now start resuming to normal, maybe a lot of E Workings to try and get the Timetables back in line
