Slightly off topic but w :ohy did WN 27 operate from WB last year and interworked on 243 boards? (Yes i know PN was closed last year) but why didn't the 27 just operate from WN and interworked with the 25 like on Sundays?

The 244 was not operating last year, so the 243 needed a suitable route to interwork with, to make the timetables fit (otherwise there would be massive layover, like Diamond have with the evening 243). The 27 was considered a suitable route to interwork with, as it had the same frequency and same vehicle allocation. This would save a bus. I don't know what they did with the 25 in Wolverhampton but presumably it was able to interwork with another route.

Every 90 mins each ;)
Class 153, 155 and 156. The Super Sprinters

Local routes: 12/A, 48/A
Semi-local routes: 54, 80, 87

Most used routes in bold

Trident 4609

Ok thanks for the info :) And technically the 27/243 didn't share the same allocation because if WN operated the 27 then B7RLE's may have been used.

They are both nominally single decker routes (or were at the time). They can both use full size single deckers. Therefore in this sense they have the same allocation.

Don't worry i was just being a bit light hearted. I presume usual sunday allocation will take place tommorow on NX buses?

However services 110,70,76 (Other Arriva Garages aren't operating either it seems) and Wednesfield 10 won't operate at all (Green Bus won't be operating it) so it will just be NX on the 10 tommorow

Correct, that is because these services are not wholly inside the Centro operating area, except the 10, where NX's journies have presumably been deemed sufficient

Interestingly, it appears the 335, 530 and 545 will not be running tomorrow either.

Trident 4609

I wonder if they will intetwork the 28E and 82 ?

Trident 4609

Plus i've just remembered Arriva's 10 Sunday Service is commerciay operated with GB only taking on the tendered services

Where does it say the 335,530,545 will not operate btw? :)
