Agree that bold action is needed to boost the Public Transport network, but I can't see Solar buses in the next 25 years!

Unless they go down the Quality Contract route, which I doubt because NX will fight them all the way against it, the the City Council will have to work in partnership with NX. This will be best done by including the City Council in any future Centro/NX partnerships. agreements.
