Deckers do appear on the 82 but this is the first I have seen on the 81

4807 - 140 seen at 17:56 leaving town on Broad Street

Nathan, Enviro400s are on the 140 every day, on afternoon peak boards, which judging by the time you saw it, 4807 is on one. What would make it unusual is if it was on a board that does 241's as well.

Sorry Catching up on the topic see what ive missed etc but anyways;

You live in Pensnett so therefore you may see it everyday were as me I live in Walsall so I don't seen a E400 on the 140 once and that was when I got my picture of it in Dudley, but for future reference I know now that an E400 on the 140 is common :)  rant over  ::)

They are banned, there has only been one decker on an 81E journey between Wolverhampton and Dudley before, this is what you call a proper rare working

Yes as I already said ;) it was only one journey hence it never did the Dudley - Merry Hill section

Pensnett are the same deckers are 'banned' off the 243 but it hasn't stopped 4200 being put on there ;)

What time did you spot that Ade?

4200 was in garage at lunchtime, so may have been a changeover?

Afternoon rush hour. Could be a changeover or a service extra as there seemed to be too many buses on the route at that time. There are numerous roadworks on that route at present.

Think Deckers should be banned from all Cradley Heath services, several low bridge sround there and it very easy for this to happen:-
