I think PB should some new single decker like the one what was like 1908 ones instead of spiting all of the scania single decker they like 1837-1848 and 1863 to 1878 and 1905 to 1907 and 7019 and 7021to 7033

1848 and 1878 are at Walsall. Shame 1905-7 have not returned to Walsall to complete the set of 09 omnilinks and the batch of 1878-1907 as there are always b7rle's still appearing on the 4/301/311/313.

Now PB have withdrawn their last remaining B10L's, I don't see PB having any requirement for any new single deckers for some time to come. the single decker fleet is now standardised on Omnilinks

Only some Midis new or cascaded to replace the remaining Solos

Kevin

Gah I hate them, sluggish, feel cramped inside despite seeming bigger and clumsier on the outside, doors still open when the driver tries to pull off...
I want the B10s back
Now in exile in Oxfordshire....

I think WB should get some new deckers...

I think WB may get some new deckers to upgrade the Dudley Rd services soon resulting in the 06 plate Gemini cascading on to the Soho Rd

Dudley road getting priority over Soho Road again. Really, that again doesn't seem fair (not worry not going to start moaning about the 94 :) ).

The 87 is a showcase route, ergo higher priority. A457 red route and 87 showcase done in 2008 IIRC.

You never know Perry Barr might get new B7RLE
Next year then displace scania to Walsall and Yardley Wood to
Replace B10L.

Possible! But BY & PB are both solid Scania Omnilink allocations, plus PB also has Scania Omnicity double deckers & artics

Another scenario maybe just to put a new fleet of B7RLE in to YW say 30, allowing the withdrawal of last 9 x B10L from there and cascading YW's 22 x Omnilinks to WA to oust the remaining 18 x B10L there.

No more single deckers at PB please, it's not funny when you're in the City getting wet (the new bus shelters are useless) waiting for a 7 or 907 and a single decker shows up gets rammed full and then wait for the next one. NO MORE SINGLE DECKERS AT PERRY BARR !!!!

If NX were interested in the MCV bodied B7RLE's (Which was evaluated) they would have placed an order by now

Please god no, we don't want them heaps! How about instead sending them to Walsall (don't forget they already have MKI B7RLE so there is already some familiarity for staff), upgrading the 301 and withdrawing the last B10L there, and then send 1896-1898 to PB then 1899-1907 to YW, thus completing the block 1899-1930 (with the exception of 1908) and PB still get to keep 3 BX09 Omnilinks. Better yet don't buy anymore at all, get something else in!
