You mean you hope you will be on the Spare Rota? Wasn't there a thread some time back similar to this which included starter rotas too?

I'm sure the starter/beginner rota at WN is the 11/26/62/A

I mean, if I was a driver at Pensnett (or when I am hopefully!), out of choice I'd be on the spare rota for the reason given above

You wouldn't want to be on there for long as you don't know what you'll be doing until the Thursday prior.

Good point - wouldn't like to suddenly find out I'm doing an early tomorrow morning. Having said that, I suppose the element of surprise would appeal to me

It'll get tiresome. Trust me mate. The only reason really you'll want to stay on the spares is family commitments where the garage has to give you permanent lates and its easier to be on spares then swapping on a rota.

Does anyone know the updated rotas for each garage and what routes are on them, as the ones already in this thread are outdated.

59 is on Walsall rota. 529 was merged with the New Cross rota a while back.

Unless it was merged in recently (before the service was suspended under the current situation), the 50 wasn't on the Walsall rota last time i checked.

I'm sure there are one or two PL staff who could confirm.

Not sure on the 54. I don't take much interest in the rota side of things nowadays. 59 & 69 used to be seperate. Pretty sure it was called New Cross rota before it was merged a while back with the 529's.

Prior to lockdown I think X12/72 changed at Solihull Station, 1/1a/4/4a changed at Acocks Green Village and presumably still do.

Though sometimes the X12's also changed at City Centre pre lockdown? As I caught an X12 into the City Centre and different driver took it out - an evening peak journey operated by 6701 on January 9th 2020.   Though they might not do that anymore now. Maybe it was something to do with the route length. And I observed this happening on a number ofother occasions as well, while waiting for the 55/94.

@Gareth I think duty rotas are a work of art in galaxy a long time ago far far away I did a 2 to Bark Hill from Kiddy & back then a 192 from Kiddy to Ludlow then a 773 from Ludlow to Knighton & back then a 192 from Ludlow back to Kiddy all with a Lynx.

It's a duty rota for the employees and drivers to know what they are doing. If someone posted on a public forum wanting to know about my work rota, I would think it was creepy and unappropriate.
