Simon can you ask them at burton to sort the air conditioning unit out on 15014 as yesterday it was broken and with the warm weather the passengers will need it working.

Hi Simon, I see the Fiats are back at Diamond North West. May I ask, why are these vehicles being placed on the 356, a long and demanding route that can get full on larger buses at some times. Surely it would be better to place them on the 280 (where you actually need them due to a low bridge on route that can't be served by stratas or other buses), or other less demanding routes than the hilly 356?

Quote from: Dashboard on June 25, 2025, 04:45:38 PMHi it was my first time Using Diamond yesterday and I just wonder what depot runs the

52 - Redditch - Kidderminster

And

25A - Stourbridge or Kidderminster - Dudley

Also 32293 SK63KHB heating was on full blast yesterday couldn't notify the driver as I needed to make it for my connecting bus route  :azn:
52 and 25A are both operated by Kidderminster.

Thank you

Quote from: B7RLE on June 25, 2025, 05:12:32 PMHi Simon,
I've noticed that your EVs, specifically in the Midlands, only operate limited hours, hours lower than a lot of other operators do with their EVs. Is there a reason behind this?
We are still getting used to operating the vehicles.  There has been some teething defects as well.  Some training issues, which we are working through.

We place the vehicles on the routes they are contracted to operate.

There is a roll out program in line with government guidance.  This means the newer buses are completed first.
