He said the heating was in the engine compartment. Only the mechanics could turn it off

The vehicle has a separate heating switch in the cab. The toggle switch was marked up. I have asked them to make it clearer as this has faded over time.

Thanks for the reply. Should a driver be able to turn off the heating on any bus?

Yes, they should. This bus is obviously 15 years old. We do not run many VDL Wrights. From what has been said to me, the configuration/ set up is a little different on this.

Does anyone know the future for the YN17 plate irizar i3s at burton depot there are rumours going roud that they are meant to be painted

Nothing is 100% decided. However, the majority if not all of the single deck buses in Burton will end up as Electric. Therefore, when they enter, we will probably look to remove the I3's.

Our Focus is on painting the Deckers, which we have being putting them through every week.

Hi it was my first time Using Diamond yesterday and I just wonder what depot runs the

52 - Redditch - Kidderminster

And

25A - Stourbridge or Kidderminster - Dudley

Also 32293 SK63KHB heating was on full blast yesterday couldn't notify the driver as I needed to make it for my connecting bus route

Hi Simon,
I've noticed that your EVs, specifically in the Midlands, only operate limited hours, hours lower than a lot of other operators do with their EVs. Is there a reason behind this?

Simon it seems like 40523 has reentered service today. I doubt it's been repainted.
