As the group CEO of nearly 20 years, the person who signs off all capital expenditure spend, runs the business on a day to day basis and whose family own the business - and I also buy and sell every bus.   I think what I might say is a bit more reliable.

Quote from: Simon Dunn on May 18, 2025, 07:23:41 AMWe have the I3's advertised for sale.  In the next 18 months, Burton will have 15 Electric vehicles.  We have not decided which vehicles we will remove.  We have no intention of replacing a number of vehicles in Burton with London ex Streetlites.

With the loss of the 1/ 12e (although predominately late nights/ early mornings) It does reduce the PVR by 2.  We have also lost 125/129 (a further 2 PVR).  This will mean we will remove some vehicles for redeployment elsewhere.

So if you think, we already have 6 electrics here / 4 PVR reduction.  I am not sure why we would sell the I3's and replace with ex-London Streetlites.

125 to Bridgnorth? Where's that gone to? I remember that being Central Buses, not sure who ran it before them.
Your new 110 driver!

The service now operates from Kidderminster to Bridgnorth.  There is a service number 25a from Stourbridge to Kidderminster.

Hi Simon,

Could you please notify Diamond Bus Eccles about issues regarding `21238 LL69 PXK`. It is not displaying the correct bee network sticker branding as needed, and does not have legals for the north west branch.

Are 32311 and 40840 expected to be permanent additions to the Preston Bus fleet? If so are there any plans to repaint into PB livery (or at least remove the Diamond branding)? Also, will the new white MMCs be painted at some point?

Thanks

30826. Any chance of getting the heating off?

On bus times, 302 is missing New Road & Kidderminster Swan Centre stops, 1 is missing stops on Stetton Road & Greatfield Road. & some services are down as the wrong stand 52/303 actually uses stand 9 in the bus station for instance, 4 to Franche uses stand 10.
Local Routes
94/95, 11A/11C, 28.

Hi Simon,

Can you advise if  the Custom Dennings at Stanwell will all be blue (as per 39004) or is each to have a different base colour as with the Streetlites on the Bedfont Lakes services, please?

Many thanks

Mark

Not sure if this is the right place but on bustimes.org service 63 is shown as departing from Stand A in Wolverhampton. It has departed from stand J for at least 5 years.

What buses do Preston Bus plan to use on the Lancashire council contracts they have gained?
