32258 is displaying 8 today. Same bus as last week as well. Maybe an idea for the blinds to be checked before they take it out of the depot in the morning?

Reminds me when the 95's were displaying 55 weeks after it changed in Birmingham.

Quote from: IMarkeh on May 14, 2025, 07:48:39 AMHi Simon,
I have noticed the following issues with your BODS data. Some of these are preexisting issues which aren't yet resolved, some are new issues. I hope that you can look to get these resolved.

Walsall 4H, towards Hayley Green, services strangely show as having layover/wait time at Blackheath New John Street and Halesowen Highfield Lane. Towards Walsall it's showing layover/wait time at Halesowen Pool Road, Blackheath Station Road and West Brom New Street, all just 1 stop after timing points. I think something odd is going on here.
Kidderminster 7 After Broadwaters Drive missing Greenhill Hurcott Road Crossroads (2000G583516)
Bearwood 21 has a typo on the route description (Should say 'Oldbury' not 'Olbury')
Stourbridge 25 in both directions missing stops in Brierly Hill Library timing points.
Stourbridge 25A towards Dudley missing Brockmoor Moor St Goods Yard (43000835402). Also shows with some trips having wait time 1 stop after timing points such as Merry Hill The Embankment and Stourbridge Ring Road.
Redditch 52A has an issue where it shows the bus sitting at the bus stops after Redditch Bus Station for 5 minutes.
Worcester 210 missing school day only serviced organisation.
Bilston 326 needs route descriptions updating to firstly be consistent, but also correct the spelling of 'willenall' to be 'Willenhall'
Evesham 552 07:37 journey from Evesham after Offenham Post Office missing Offenham Church (2000G002803). 08:08 and 14:55 trips from Long Lartin Prison, after Bengeworth Church Street missing Northwick Hotel (2000G500848)
Evesham 553 14:59 trip from Honeybourne, missing stops in South Littleton and after De Montford School, remove second stop at Durcott Gardens. On all trips from Evesham to Honeybourne missing stops between Honeybourne Gate Inn and Honeybourne Westbourne.

Evesham 540 07:34 from Evesham after Ashton Under Hill Cross missing Cottons Lane (2000G073101) and Cornfield Way needs moving to after the academy.
08:36, 10:11, 11:11, 12:11 and 13:11 from Tewkesbury after Ashton under Hill Cornfield Way missing Ashton Under Hill Wood Lane (2000G671004). 15:46, 16:46, 17:50 (M-F) & 1846 (Sat) from Tewkesbury missing Beckford Village Hall (wocgdtpm)
These issues on the 540 have been going on a long time, can these be prioritised for fixing?

Finally, for BODS data, a number of West Midlands routes wrongly still have old OTC registration numbers when it should be using the new West Mids registration numbers.
Dudley 223, Wolverhampton 27/27A, 57, 63 & 64, Bearwood 20, Perry Barr 54/54A & 61, Merry Hill 142/142A.
Worcester 20 & 356 & Kidderminster K1 & 25A missing OTC registration numbers.

Thank you - I will ask our commercial team to pick this up.

Hi Simon I was on the 22 the other day and I asked the driver on the 14:15 to Swadlincote if he could open the skylight on the roof because it was 31.7C on the Minibus and the driver refused to open it and the air condition was blowing warm air out of it.

I presume you were riding on a Mercedes mini bus - if so.  If you open the skylight it will mean the Air conditioning doesn't work.

The air conditioning doesn't work when it closed all we want is a bus with windows we can open on it even if it's a Mellor Strata you send at least it has windows you can open.

Hi Simon Dunn

I had 40523 today on the 10 and it has some bells that won't work upstairs.

Simon , you may or not be aware that some Nx Willenhall services are changing in June, due to current delays.

Are you looking at your own Willenhall services as well?

I cant speak for the other services, but the 326 has been particularly bad lately.

One day one bus wasnt tracking out of the 3, so I had to use a combination of Nx 41 & 9 back to Bloxwich, most of this week, its either been the 1540 from Bilston running late, or the 1505 from Bilston has been seriously running late & its been by luck Ive caught it, as, according to Bustimes, the 1540 has been running late & buses have 'been in the wrong place' for me!

Simon is it correct that Burton are having ex London Streetlites soon as replacements for the K230s?

Thank you - I have asked the Burton EM to look at this.

We have the I3's advertised for sale.  In the next 18 months, Burton will have 15 Electric vehicles.  We have not decided which vehicles we will remove.  We have no intention of replacing a number of vehicles in Burton with London ex Streetlites.

With the loss of the 1/ 12e (although predominately late nights/ early mornings) It does reduce the PVR by 2.  We have also lost 125/129 (a further 2 PVR).  This will mean we will remove some vehicles for redeployment elsewhere.

So if you think, we already have 6 electrics here / 4 PVR reduction.  I am not sure why we would sell the I3's and replace with ex-London Streetlites.

Simon
You're probably aware of this already internally, but also see the comment of mine in the Tividale thread from Thursday!
