Why/how did 1/2 escape without them?

Liberator9

Perhaps there was a delay/backlog in the retrimming shop? Had to get the buses back into service before the re-trimming could be done?

AG have received quite a number of Gemini's. What are they replacing?

Nothing (other than 4079)

Stu

Spotted a Gemini this morning (and then again this evening, not sure if it was the same one though) on the 11, with a Super-X display (not scrolling though).

Is it just me, or is the font style used a bit more difficult to see, especially from a distance?
My locals:
2 - Birmingham to Maypole | 3 - Birmingham to Yardley Wood
11A/C - Birmingham Outer Circle | 27 - Yardley Wood to Frankley
76 - Solihull to Northfield | 169 - Solihull to Kings Heath

I saw it today on a President too, looks awful and yes I agree it is actually more difficult to see!

Still in reserve fleet!
Pensnett is my local garage. Favourite bus of all time is Fleetline 6360 (KON 360P).

Before anyone asks, those vehicles I show as withdrawn are very unlikely to run again, those I show as reserve are being kept complete so if another similar vehicle suffers an incident that would be expensive to repair they can come back into use reasonably quickly. They are not a strategic reserve in the sense that a garage suffering short term availability problems can borrow them for a few days
