Managed to find one of the 94/33 interworkings. Running board 94/01, finishes on the 94 in city around 6pm, then does the 6.15pm 33E to Perry Barr from city

If anyone wants to know, the afternoon 33 journey that is normally operated by a B7TL starts from Pheasey around 13.40

Running board 67/12 I think it was. Does a complete trip on the 33. When it gets to Pheasey, it then goes to Great Barr School to do the extra 28E to Short Heath, then it must go into City to do 67 journeys

4Q

4920 has just come into Erdington, towards City, displaying 904E Chester Road The Yenton, with passengers still on board. Either a wrong destination or the driver has carried on beyond The aye ton in service.

I took over down in Perry Barr at 16.31  :D (change bus for an Enviro400, came on around 2pm)

The Geminis are the best buses we have, 4485 had very brisk acceleration, a lot better than the Enviro400s

I do like the Gemini's, I was under the impression that the 94 was going to see more of these as an upgrade and not having new vehicles.

However from my observations driving around the 67 always seems to get priority when the Bendi's are taken out of service. Surely the 94 should be above the ranking vs the 67.

However the fact the competition on the 94 has built up momentum and this route has been neglected for quite some time probably means the 67 is much more profitable these days.

Another dig at the management.  ;)

Gareth

A shame the planned February upgrade of the 94 never happened. Today though the route is mainly Gemini and Scania Omnicity. All recently refurbed and looking very smart.

I guess that is progress never look very smart when ever I go to use the service. Still seems to be bottom of the pile since moving to PB. Wonder if would get better treatment if BC ran it.
