If,as predicted, the next 26 Enviros are for Sutton routes would it be too much to hope they can be left in livery and not covered with multi-coloured graffiti or branding as it is euphamistically called.
As a Sutton resident for many years,I have found the locals can all read destination blinds perfectly well and do not need any further indication of routing............God preserve us also from this hideous new idea of naming the buses.
I am pretty sure that these pleas will be disregarded, but it would be wonderful to see the entire fleet in one dignified livery and the complete abandonment of the continual "TrentBartonisation"of everything.

Afraid not, it has already been confirmed that the E400's will be having a black branding

Were does the 28 actually finish at Heartlands Hospital, as I got a picture of a solo a it further down from the Hosp but haven't seen nothing there since ? just wondering as most the PB Scanias I need are probably on the 28 or 66  :)

Nathan, if you are looking for OmniLinks, go to Erdington. 28, 66, 66a and 638 all go there. Plus you will see them quickly as you are in the middle of the 28 and 66 and not at one end like at Heartlands

Thanks John, that actually never crossed my mind  :) quite close to completing my PB ominilinks & BY  :D, so want to complete it before 2013 Decemeber

No worries Nathan. That is what I done when the Dundee OmniLinks entered service to quickly find them. As for Bordesley, if I see a repainted OmniLink, I will quickly get a pic, but when I get my proper camera back, I will go out of town to get pics of them.

Which ones do you still need to find?

Also, all of the 'Toothpaste' OmniLinks now have NXWM logos, plus all TWM liveried ALX400s apart from 4262 now have NXWM logos also

I know it is probably too late, but 1838 was on the 638. I also saw 1841, but can not remember where. The 66A had 1877 and another ex-Coventry OmniLink. Can not recall seeing 1846 on the 952

7067 is not a B7RLE, but a B7L, quite a different beast altogether. It was 1481 when it was at Perry Barr. I must try to find my photo of it at Solihull Station when I was driving it on the 966

Perry Barr operated the 966 at the time. 1481 was the only one of its type with TWM

1481 went up to Dundee in 2003. I think 1481 was at Perry Barr when it was Sutton - Solihull, but am not sure on this

I don't remember when the route was cut from Sutton to Erdington. The previous 966s were discussed in the Acocks Green thread, but I can not see any reference there to when the route was cut from Sutton to Erdington.

The route never was Sutton Coldfield to Solihull

The various phases have been
Wolverhampton - Airport
Walsall - Airport
Erdington - Solihull

Touchwood Centre paid a subsidy to have it extended to Solihull, so the Walsall - Erdington bit was cut at the same time and the route transferred WA to PB. The 366 (now 6) was reintroduced at the same time between Walsall & Sutton with Evening and Sunday extensions to Erdington
