I was impressed by the dual branding for the 7 and 28 I saw on a bus shelter by the college Rd library I saw today.
Most if not all bus stops the 7 serve have the number on the flag highligted in purple. Looks really good!

Agreed it does stand out, I quite like how the purple matches with the crimson on the buses branded for the 7

For a very short while, I recall the flag on the Old Snow Hill/Summer Lane (citybound) shelter being colour coded for the routes serving that stop; excluding the 46. Purple for the 7, obviously - then there was orange for the 16, and (a different shade) of blue for the 74, and 75 iirc; prior to its withdrawal, though I am uncertain.

Nevertheless, it is not there anymore, as it's since been replaced by the standard black flags; like those you'd find in the City Centre.

Purple is the best branding colour in my opinion. The 7, 80 branded are really good. 7 being my favourite Branding and the former 71/72 and 126 branding.

When the 7 crosses with routes that are Branded then they'll have the colour coding. The Rodway Close Stop by Aston Six Ways outbound. Would have the 7 in purple and 51 in blue. Weirdly the 33 doesn't have green, and the 52/A aren't branded so they remain in the standard blue alongside the 33.

What's that meant to mean? The 65/67/94 get Crimson Gemini's which are really smart, the red/whites still look presentable. They probably won't brand them until they're finished. The 65/67 has E400's and Omnicitys on it every other day. TBH the ALX400 B7TL's (shoeboxes, as you tend to call them) are mainly put onto the 65/67 anyway, the spares get put onto the 94, so you don't need to moan about the 94 not getting an investment, or the 14 which still hasn't had any branded Tridents yet.

I don't see the 65/67 everyday and I don't see them as much as I did, but everytime I'm in town, I see one on them.
