And, laughably, the branding mentions Great Barr and Perry Beeches, places it only serves half the time

Very subtle, isn't it? These bright colours seem to be contrasting the crimson livery perfectly... :) 28's never been branded before, has it? ???

I know this is a bit random but does Bc, bd, PB and now Walsall come under the management of one general manager now?? Suppose makes sense but always though Walsall was part of Black Country management, saw the profile online.

I'm pretty sure that's the old timetable aren't all the journeys every 12 mins now, since the vale roadworks.

Day time journeys serve both Great Barr and Perry Beaches and are -
Bordesley Green East - Great Barr

Peak hours, evenings, Sundays.... Ok maybe less than half the time
But still.... deemed important enough to be mentioned in the branding but not important enough to be served all the time, that's kinda the point I was aiming at

If you look at the timetable it's 12 mins across the whole route all day  except the quiet times, so I don't really understand your point.

Kevin

The "every 12 mins whole route" for a start is an accidental side effect of having to reduce the frequency and not being able to have every other bus turn short, not an intentional "we serve this area properly now"
My point is if they're mentioning the area in the branding then surely they deem it to be a major part of the route. It'd be like the 18 terminating in Northfield in the evening and Sunday.

Anyway, apologies for the rant, I've mentioned it before and got shot down in flames "it's not needed" for it despite being a passenger on the route and a resident of the area here for 27 years
I'll stop

Not to my knowledge, no it's never had branding

Steve3229vp

I knew this would happen, branding the 28 "every 12 minutes", you're lucky to get one every 20 minutes in peaks never mind every 12 minutes. Polishing a turd !!!
